Master Kim's clubs are now directly recognized by the Kukkiwon, following the formation of the 23rd Foreign Instructor Training Course (July 11 to 16, 2011) within the Kukkiwon in Seoul.

Master Kim is back with a degree in International Master Instructor Kukkiwon and we commend it highly!

Hé bien, à tous ceux qui n'ont finalement pas eu la possibilité de nous accompagner pour aller voir le spectacle de taekwondo de la KTA (Korea Taekwondo Association) qui se produisait hier à Paris..... je vous dis haut et fort: vous avez raté quelque chose!!
Un spectacle haut en couleurs avec de très belles performances de danse, de musique et de démonstrations de Taekwondo de très haut niveau, que du bonheur!
Voici un petit aperçu de ce que nous avons vu : KTA démo tournée mondiale

Nous tenons encore à féliciter tous ceux qui ont réussi leur passage de grade vers la 1ère et vers la 2ème dan. Bravo à vous!
Nous souhaitons également du courage et de la persévérance à ceux/celles qui préparent à se présenter ou à se re-présenter aux prochains examens.

Récemment, un article paru dans le célèbre magazine français Taekwondo-Hwarangdo" relate la condamnation d'un professeur de Taekwondo pour usurpation de grade et de publicité trompeuse. Il se prétendait 8ème Dan alors qu'officiellement il ne dispose que de la 4ème....

Unfortunate situation: many times students came in our club after following years of "Taekwondo" in another club. 

Only then, they realized that during all these years of training, their training and development does not meet the terms of Taekwondo but to that of Tang Soo Do .....

 Some clubs are now teaching Tang Soo Do under the banner of Taekwondo, which are two respected Korean martial arts but different and distinct, both in techniques and practice, global and national federations, championships, official recognition , diplomas, and professional sports opportunities ....

Of course, years of training in any discipline are beneficial, but the non-transparency of information can also affect the objectives that the person has set, causing a feeling of betrayal, of a discouragement of sport ,....

Remarks by Mr. Kim, 5th Dan Kukkiwon and Taekwondo black belt Tangsoodo (Soo Bahk Do) Dan Boon No. 24103 issued by the late Grand Master His Excellency Hwang Kee (founder of Tang Soo Do-Modukwan) and student of the late Master Beom Jhoo Lee, 9th Dan 9th Dan Taekwondo and Tang Soo Do, himself a direct student of founder member.

PS: The Taekwondo included under the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) is currently a federation of + / - 200 federations national in the world and all who practice the same technical, as published on our website.
